At Specsavers, you will help customers understand visual needs, interpret prescriptions, and choose frames and lenses. You will work with retail and clinical teams while supporting personalized advice, quality standards, and lasting customer relationships. The position requires provincial licensing and at least two years of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret optical prescriptions and explain customers' visual needs
- Guide frame and lens selection for comfort, fit, and vision
- Complete dispensing measurements using Specsavers digital tools
- Perform eyewear quality assurance checks and after-care services
- Maintain product knowledge, inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Hold a valid provincial Dispensing Optician License
- Be registered with the College of Opticians
- Bring at least two years of customer service experience
- Work reliably and flexibly during retail hours
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada
