Lead Canadian legal strategy at Specsavers from Burnaby, combining commercial contracts, risk management, and a hybrid three-day onsite work model. As Head of Legal, you will advise Specsavers across corporate and commercial matters while supporting continued growth in Canada. You will partner with senior leaders, work closely with the Legal & Risk Director, and guide legal priorities across franchising, privacy, leasing, governance, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily legal service delivery across the Canadian Legal Team
- Advise business leaders on commercial and corporate legal matters
- Identify legal risks and develop practical mitigation strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate significant commercial arrangements

Requirements:
