Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient and family-focused care within RPN scope
- Collaborate with RNs on complex patient care
- Assess and document patient health status continuously
- Support care plan development and ongoing evaluation
- Orient new staff members and clinical students
Requirements:
- RPN diploma from a recognized nursing school
- Current BLS Certification and Ontario registration
- Completed RPN Operating Room Course
- Two years current operating room experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and electronic documentation skills
