Reporting to the Regional Lead - Acute Care and Chief Nursing Officer, this director works within a matrix structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and evaluate regional policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
- Minimum five years in progressive health care management positions
- Baccalaureate degree in a clinical healthcare discipline
- Leadership and integrated health care system experience
- Knowledge of quality improvement, risk management, and lean methodology
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and insured vehicle
