As a Home Care Attendant, you will support frail, physically disabled, and mentally challenged clients of all ages. Working under the Resource Coordinator, you will follow established care plans and help clients remain safely at home. The position requires initiative, independent judgment, confidentiality, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to assigned home care clients
- Deliver home support services according to established care plans

- Determine work priorities and methods independently

Requirements:
- Grade 12 education is required
- Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
- Community setting experience with elderly or disabled people preferred
