Key Responsibilities:
- Care for residents living in a small home environment
- Meet resident needs as required
- Support participation in stimulating activities
- Maintain resident environments through laundry and housekeeping
- Follow policies, procedures, routines, and time constraints
Requirements:
- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
- Grade 12 education required
- Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
