This Senior Systems Analyst supports the Ontario Public Service Workforce Information Network, a business-critical Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system. You will analyze HR client needs, guide system development, and advise on PeopleSoft solutions. Expertise spans PUM upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, Fluid, Classic, HR, payroll, benefits, absence management, and time and labour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business systems and applications with project teams
- Analyze HR program and service delivery requirements
- Recommend client-focused system solutions and configurations
- Provide complex systems analysis and design expertise
- Support production operations and procedures
Requirements:
- PeopleSoft HCM business systems technology knowledge
- Experience with PUM, PeopleTools, Fluid, and Classic
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and absence management
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- CRJMC security clearance and onsite Toronto availability
