In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct laboratory tests for product development and optimization.
- Manage laboratory approvals for raw materials.
- Analyze results and make technical recommendations.
- Support internal teams in R&D projects and the resolution of non-conformities.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in production testing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and validation of new formulations
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with the maintenance department for equipment support, repair, and maintenance
