In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Participate in recruitment and staffing activities (posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and hiring)
- Welcome and support new employees during their onboarding
- Update employee records and handle various HR administrative tasks
- Participate in activities related to training, employee benefits, and the employee experience
- Support the administrative follow-up of certain cases (CNESST, disabilities, personnel changes, etc.)
- Design and format various documents, communications, and presentations
- Collaborate on various improvement projects and HR initiatives
- Provide general administrative support as needed by the department
