In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage, coach, and develop project managers
Foster engagement, collaboration, and skill development within the team
Assign projects, manage workload, and support the prioritization of activities to ensure effective execution of the project portfolio
Ensure compliance with product development processes, methodologies, and standards
Deploy, improve, and develop tools that support project management and team performance
Define, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide senior management with a clear overview of the progress, risks, and priorities of the project portfolio
Serve as project manager for certain key initiatives and ensure their success
Support sales teams during the analysis and kickoff phases of new projects
Foster alignment among the various functions involved in product development
