Brief Description:
The objective of the position is to ensure a minimum of unplanned machine downtime during operation through maintenance, preventive maintenance, knowledge of equipment, and continuous improvement. Additionally, during their shift, the candidate must quickly and autonomously diagnose and resolve equipment breakdown issues to limit machine downtime, both mechanically and electrically (checking voltage, connecting/disconnecting small motors, photocells, etc.). Some projects involving the fabrication of machinery elements or repair of parts, guards, buildings, rolling equipment (forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) are also part of their daily tasks. All these tasks must be performed while strictly adhering to our safety regulations and procedures. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with strong leadership potential, capable of making sound decisions quickly and independently.
