Somerset West Community Health Centre in Ottawa seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the HART HUB team on a 0.5 FTE, 12-month term with renewal potential. The role requires evening, overnight and weekend shifts across 8- and 12-hour options, delivering care to high-risk populations.
The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide medical support, ensure infection prevention, and coordinate with housing, counseling, and primary care partners.
