As a Junior Technical Support Representative, you will create and triage HubSpot tickets for customers, installers, distributors, and Authorized Service Providers. You will assess products, applications, symptoms, and safety concerns before guiding documented troubleshooting. The position develops toward Level 2 case resolution as product knowledge and troubleshooting skills grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create HubSpot tickets and assign correct support categories
- Guide troubleshooting for installation, configuration, communication, and alarm issues
- Collect photos, serial numbers, readings, and system logs
- Document interactions, steps, resolutions, and escalation summaries
- Escalate unresolved, unsafe, firmware, or persistent issues
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience with clear communication abilities
- Strong electrical inclination and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of voltage, current, series, and parallel configurations
- Ability to distinguish L1 issues from L2 cases
- Microsoft Office experience with technical explanation skills
