This permanent, full-time position supports Solink's Field Marketing department at P2 level. You will execute events end-to-end, from contracts and booth logistics through post-event reporting. The work combines outreach, meeting booking, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and clean data handoff. You will partner with Sales and SDRs on territory targets and support regional programs, channel activity, and Solink Summit. The position requires autonomy, strong communication, and roughly 25-35% travel across Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own trade shows, conferences, and field events end-to-end
- Build briefs covering goals, accounts, messaging, staffing, and metrics
- Coordinate booth setup, shipping, staffing, and on-site troubleshooting
- Run outreach, meeting-booking campaigns, and post-show follow-up
- Report costs, meetings, pipeline, attribution, and return recommendations
Requirements:
- One to two years of B2B field or event marketing experience
- Hands-on ownership of trade shows or conferences
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 25-35% with valid documentation
