Lead business analysis and change management for a new training and operating model in a five-days-onsite ministry environment. Facilitate stakeholders and translate ambiguity into action. This Senior Business Analyst partners with ministry leaders, subject-matter experts, operational teams, and project leads. You will assess current practices, document requirements, map processes, and evaluate impacts, risks, dependencies, and readiness. The work supports a practical transition path and sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and working groups Document current-state processes, workflows, roles, pain points, and requirements Develop transition plans, roadmaps, and adoption strategies Prepare recommendations, executive summaries, and implementation reporting Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and improve approaches Requirements:
Experience leading analysis for large-scale digital initiatives Experience documenting user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria Experience assessing impacts, readiness, risks, and dependencies Experience working in Agile or hybrid teams Experience coordinating business and technical deliverables Apply senior business analysis, facilitation, and change-management expertise to guide training transition, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
