The impact you will have:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive our growth programs, including demand generation, across our SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments, delivering measurable growth across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on program management, focusing on audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing execution to deliver scalable results. The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, leverages analytics to inform decisions, and collaborates across teams to achieve revenue growth goals. This role is hybrid with the expectation of working 2-3 times per month in the Toronto office as well as attending conferences within the GTA.

What you'll do:

  • Program Ownership: Serve as the owner and go-to person for growth and demand generation program themes across SMB, mid-market and enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Content Alignment: Collaborate with the content team to outline content blueprint needs across the customer journey (awareness to purchase).
  • Funnel Optimization: Manage the customer funnel, from target account lists (TAL) to engagement, leads, and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress and performance.
  • Performance Management: Regular reporting and ownership on program goals, including program reputation-building, conversion rates, customer acquisition, expansion targets, and digital sales.
  • Program Alignment: Coordinate with solutions marketing and partner teams to establish program-level goals, lead with Softchoice solutions, manage vendor alignment to programs, and oversee partner-driven initiatives.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Design and execute tests to identify scalable tactics for customer acquisition and retention, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with execution teams (events, SEO, paid media, content) to align marketing activities and amplify impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on program results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Assign execution tasks to team members, maintain timelines, and ensure seamless program delivery.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Education/Certifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; certification in ABM tools such as ZoomInfo Marketing a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role in a B2B environment, with exposure to multiple segments required.
  • Industry: Technology marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, PowerBI) and a track record of making data-informed decisions.
  • AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate marketing workflows, accelerate analysis and reporting, and generate data-driven insights.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: Strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to optimize marketing activities across all stages.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with content, design, and execution teams.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing platforms (ABM tools like Zoominfo Marketing, automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
  • Results-Oriented: A passion for experimentation, testing, and iterating to find what works.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Toronto is $91,000 to $114,000, annually + 12% as target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
