Work onsite in Toronto as a Senior Workplace Operations Associate managing facilities, vendors, and employee workplace experiences across North America.
At Softchoice, this one-year fixed-term contract reports to the Workplace Operations Manager. You will coordinate workplace operations, facility services, workplace technology, events, and sustainability programs. The portfolio includes approximately 250,000 square feet and 15 flexible real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workplace activities across the North American portfolio
- Own work orders, metrics, escalations, repairs, and AV support
- Coordinate vendors, service agreements, purchase orders, and invoices
- Administer workplace accounting, budgets, and process improvements
- Support office projects, onboarding, events, safety, and sustainability programs
Requirements:
- Five or more years of workplace or facilities management experience
- Experience with AV, booking systems, and security platforms
- Strong Microsoft suite, organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite five days weekly in Toronto
- Ability to handle objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds
