You will develop qualifications, improve employability, and align provision with local labour market needs. The role supports rehabilitation, resettlement, and employment outcomes. Lead and develop Industries staff across both prison populations Expand vocational training, qualifications, and purposeful activities Implement HMP Peterborough’s employability strategy Lead quality assurance and improvement actions Maintain compliant, safe, and commercially sustainable activities Requirements:
Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Leadership and Management qualification or apprenticeship willingness Vocational education setting experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to undergo Ministry of Justice vetting Bring vocational education leadership, quality improvement, and stakeholder skills to Sodexo’s Industries Manager role at HMP Peterborough.
