Lead strategic sourcing for Société Générale in Montreal, using commercial negotiation and supplier management expertise within a hybrid position. This Sourcing Manager leads Consulting Services, Travel, and Marketing Services categories across the Americas region. The position develops sourcing strategies, manages competitive events, and negotiates agreements independently. It also partners with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Risk, and business stakeholders to manage commercial, operational, contractual, regulatory, and financial considerations throughout sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing initiatives across three indirect spend categories
- Manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ competitive sourcing events
- Conduct spend analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations
- Negotiate agreements, rate cards, amendments, and renewals
- Prepare sourcing recommendations and executive management reports
Requirements:
- Eight or more years in sourcing, procurement, or category management
