Lead Treasury Finance strategy at Manulife in a hybrid Toronto role focused on capital structure, funding, and corporate finance analysis. As Director, Treasury Finance, you will advise Treasury leadership, Capital Management, Investor Relations, Treasury Operations, and Manulife Bank. Your work will cover leverage, liquidity, balance sheet optimization, debt and equity markets, and financing transactions. You will also guide strategic decisions through actionable recommendations and executive materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop capital structure, funding, refinancing, and capital deployment recommendations
- Lead debt issuances, liability management, and wholesale funding activities
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements
- Review and negotiate complex financing documentation

Requirements:
