As a Disability Case Analyst and Case Manager at Manulife, you will manage claims and guide recovery. You will assess medical, functional, vocational, and psychosocial factors while developing return-to-work strategies. Your work may support Absence Management Consultative Services, Short-Term Disability, or Long-Term Disability claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated caseload within service agreements and turnaround times
- Respond promptly to daily emails and telephone calls
- Assess claims using contractual, medical, and vocational factors
- Develop relationships with members, employers, providers, and internal partners
- Write letters communicating pertinent benefit-related information
Requirements:
- Healthcare degree or equivalent work experience considered an asset
- Health-related background or disability management knowledge advantageous

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls comfortably and skillfully
