SOCi is seeking an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager to drive adoption of SOCi’s AI-powered capabilities across enterprise accounts.
You will collaborate with CSMs, Product, Sales and Customer Delivery to embed AI agents into customer workflows and accelerate value.
You will lead discovery sessions, adoption workshops and value realization reviews, translate capabilities into customer outcomes, and develop repeatable playbooks to remove friction and scale success for multi-location brands.
