PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager. You will be working closely with our office staff at both Winnipeg & Brandon locations. Building & maintaining a professional and positive relationship with all suppliers, vendors, architects/drafters, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all material, project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3+ year experience in the Aluminum & Glazing industry (asset)
- 3 + year experience in Project Management (asset)
- 3 + year experience in the construction industry (mandatory)
- Experience using QuickBooks to create purchase orders (asset)
- Ordering products for Commercial projects
- Executing shop drawings processes with General Contractor/Architect
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Time management skills with attention to detail
- Complete projects within specified deadlines
- Current Class 5 Driver's License and some form of personal transportation (mandatory)
- Project budget management experience (asset)
- Must currently reside in Canada.
