You will manage advanced analytics initiatives from requirements through deployment and sustainment, including personalization, Agentic AI, and Retail Media Measurement. The role connects technical teams, business units, Enterprise Data & Technology, external partners, and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements, planning, execution, delivery, and sustainment Coordinate data scientists, engineers, analysts, partners, and business teams Manage Agile ceremonies, governance forums, timelines, and dependencies Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, risks, and mitigation plans Resolve data availability and model deployment roadblocks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related field Two or more years leading technology or analytics projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Planview, or similar Familiarity with AI, machine learning, marketing, and analytics concepts Bring AI/ML delivery leadership, stakeholder communication, and Agile coordination to Sobeys’ Advanced Analytics team in Toronto.
