You will support food safety, communicate requirements, and maintain company standards while responding to product changes, promotions, and seasonal trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and develop department employees
- Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, and merchandising
- Order, receive, rotate, and present meat products
- Maintain food safety and regulatory procedures
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and required repairs
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
- Meat experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Experience analyzing financial reports and managing budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
