Serve S&S Activewear customers in English and French while answering calls, processing transactions, and solving order-related issues by telephone. This full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers place orders, address existing-order concerns, and discuss company products and programs. The role requires customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, and basic troubleshooting. You will receive in-depth training while working toward individual skillset and compensation progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and solve problems to meet customer needs
- Process telephone transactions accurately and explain products and services
- Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and website navigation assistance
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer rapport
- Meet department KPIs, deadlines, goals, and scheduled phone coverage
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Basic math, multitasking, and detail orientation
- Ability to read and speak English and French
- Results-oriented accountability, urgency, attendance, and punctuality
