As Assistant Store Manager, you will help supervise, coach, and train staff while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. You will work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, and sales goals. The position also includes inventory, ordering, receiving, reports, documentation, and store financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervising, coaching, and training staff
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Support opening, closing, and daily store operations
- Check identification and ensure compliant alcohol sales
- Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and receiving
Requirements:
- Two or more years of retail experience
- Two or more years in a supervisory role
- ProServe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
