Drive product growth at Snaplii in Toronto onsite through SQL, experimentation, and lifecycle systems serving hundreds of thousands of users. This growth leadership role owns acquisition, activation, money-in, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation. You will work across Growth, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. The focus is turning insights into shipped experiments that affect transaction volume. Key Responsibilities:
Build referral and invite acquisition loops Grow EMT deposits and bank linking Improve first transaction conversion and activation Develop lifecycle retention and reactivation initiatives Launch experiments from hypothesis through measurement Requirements:
Strong understanding of the complete growth funnel Experience translating user insight into hypotheses Consumer fintech, wallet, payments, banking, or rewards experience SQL and Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 proficiency Mandarin and English bilingual communication Apply hands-on growth operations, funnel analysis, and lifecycle expertise to Snaplii’s payment platform in Toronto.
