Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the nature of equipment malfunctions
- Order parts needed for repairs
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts
- Perform routine maintenance work
- Complete supervisor-assigned tasks as required
Requirements:
- Certified Heavy Equipment Mechanic or equivalent qualification
- Minimum three years' construction equipment mechanics experience
- Good knowledge of hydraulics and hydrostatics
- Komatsu products experience and knowledge are assets
- WHMIS, overhead crane, or forklift certifications are assets
