Legal Marketing Director

Lead SV Law’s marketing strategy and business development in Guelph, coordinating brand, campaigns, and client growth across Southwestern Ontario. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and flexible working arrangements. As SV Law’s first Director of Marketing, you will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and collaborate with Management Team members and Practice Group Leads. You will guide firm-wide growth initiatives while strengthening client relationships, securing new clients, and developing the SV Law brand. The work spans digital marketing, communications, events, public relations, and business development. Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies aligned with the Firm’s Strategic Plan Deliver campaigns, advertising, communications, and client events Improve marketing systems, processes, and service standards Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and performance reporting Coach one marketing staff member and coordinate delivery Requirements:

10+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading Professional services or complex B2B marketing experience Expertise across branding, digital marketing, public relations, and events Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong business acumen, financial reporting, and project management Bring strategic marketing leadership, business development expertise, and brand discipline to SV Law’s continued growth across Southwestern Ontario.
