Ontario licensing is required. As in-house counsel, you will manage patent and trademark portfolios while advising on intellectual property risks and freedom-to-operate considerations. You will partner with inventors, researchers, engineers, and product development groups. The work includes invention disclosures, patent strategy, licensing, and portfolio optimization.
