Your role includes:
- Demonstrating creativity and innovation in the development of designs and solutions while maintaining safety and balancing operational flexibility, reliability, and whole-life cost.
- Preparing and modeling track alignment & profile drawings, trackplan schematics, trackwork specifications, and yard and maintenance facility general layouts, cross sections, and details.
- Interfacing with multi-discipline teams, clients, and owner's engineers.
- Providing construction support services including shop drawing reviews, RFIs, Non-conformance reports, and as-built survey analysis.
- Performing analysis for ride quality and safety against derailment.
- Performing occasional field engineering services.
About you:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Registration with PEO.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience.
- Familiar with relevant standards (AREMA, EN, TCRP, etc.).
- Solution-oriented, team player, resourceful.
- Able to handle multiple scopes on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley RailTrack would be an asset.

Expected compensation for this role is between $100,200 - $137,700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
