This Maintenance Supervisor position oversees maintenance operations, planning, and reliability initiatives. You will support safe, efficient, cost-effective plant performance while directing Millwrights, Electricians, and other maintenance tradespeople. The work spans brewing, packaging, logistics, and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan schedules, resources, work sequences, and maintenance costs
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs and execute schedules effectively
- Supervise tradespeople and provide technical direction
- Lead safety initiatives and contractor compliance
- Support budgets, capital projects, procurement, and plant operations
Requirements:
- Valid trade license, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of related maintenance experience
- Two years supervising multidisciplinary trades teams in unionized environments
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Strong Microsoft Office, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
