- Own the local People Plan and adapt priorities

Requirements:
- Six or more years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience in People Business Partnership
- Experience with workforce planning and organizational change
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity
