Coordinate complex flight operations for Skyservice Business Aviation while applying operational judgment, regulatory knowledge, and precise client service across assigned aircraft. As a Flight Coordination Specialist, you provide first-level operational support to Flight Coordinators and act as primary contact for assigned aircraft. You prepare itineraries, coordinate trip services, monitor conditions, and support operational continuity. The position also includes quality assurance, issue resolution, mentorship, and competency development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operational support
- Prepare compliant flight routing and accurate itineraries
- Coordinate customs, slots, catering, transportation, and crew logistics
- Monitor weather, airspace, aircraft positioning, and flight progress
- Support operational recovery, quality assurance, and shift handovers
Requirements:
- Post-secondary aviation management education or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum three years' flight management, dispatch, or coordination experience
- Knowledge of CARs, FAA, and/or EASA requirements
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Availability for rotational on-call coverage outside regular hours
