You ensure standard operating procedures, fuel tasks, winter operations, customer service delivery, and workload distribution meet expectations. You also support the FBO Manager with crew performance, training, and hangar coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage safe, efficient, on-time arrivals and departures
- Ensure crew follow standard operating procedures
- Lead fuel tasks and truck daily inspections
- Coordinate customer service on ramp, apron, and hangar
- Monitor crew performance and report standards
Requirements:
- One year demonstrating excellence in Skyservice line service operations
- Sound judgment and a high safety orientation
