You will advertise units, process applications, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate resident records. The position also includes rent collection, fire safety documentation, inspections, and tenant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
- Process applications, verify references, and close rental agreements
- Address tenant concerns within 24 hours
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, emergencies, and accessibility requests
- Maintain inspections, fire safety records, rent deposits, and transactions
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, hospitality, or sales
- At least two years' office administration and customer service experience
- Computer skills using Word, Excel, email, and web tools
- Valid driver's license, satisfactory record, and automobile insurance may be required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs
