Skyjack Plant 1 in Ontario is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the HR team in an entry level role reporting to the HR Manager. You will support staffing, recruitment, training, data entry, benefits and leaves in an in-office, Monday–Friday schedule.
Your duties include onboarding, posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating training, maintaining employee records in HRIS, processing benefits and leave changes, preparing reports, and assisting with employee relations and safety
