Accounting Seed Specialist in Ajax

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Accounting Seed Specialist with extensive hands‑on knowledge of Accounting Seed Software to support and optimize our financial operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background and advanced knowledge of Accounting Seed Software who can independently evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, resolve system challenges, and implement improvements. The primary focus of this role is to ensure we are utilizing Accounting Seed to its full potential. This includes reviewing current workflows, identifying underutilized features, improving reporting capabilities, implementing more efficient processes, and developing practical solutions to system limitations. The successful candidate will work closely within our Accounting Department, providing guidance on Accounting Seed best practices while also supporting day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities. We require someone who already possesses advanced Accounting Seed Software knowledge and can contribute immediately without requiring training on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing Accounting Seed processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement changes to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work.
• Identify underutilized Accounting Seed features and recommend how they can benefit the department.
• Review system updates and new releases to identify functionality that may not have been activated or implemented.
• Evaluate existing accounting processes and recommend best practices for maximizing Accounting Seed capabilities.
• Develop practical workarounds and alternative solutions where system functionality is limited.

Reporting, Troubleshooting & System Support

• Create and customize financial reports to support accounting activities, identify discrepancies, and highlight items requiring action.
• Investigate and resolve Accounting Seed errors, reporting discrepancies, and system‑related accounting issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and financial reporting.
• Independently research solutions and coordinate with Accounting Seed support when necessary.
• Assist with testing and implementing new features, process changes, and system improvements.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff on effective use of Accounting Seed.

Accounting Operations

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end accounting processes.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Ensure accounting processes are accurate, efficient, and consistent with established procedures.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Extensive, proven experience using Accounting Seed Software within a live Salesforce environment.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Seed functionality, configuration, automation, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing, restructuring, and improving accounting processes within Accounting Seed.
• Ability to independently identify underutilized features, troubleshoot system issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Experience creating customized financial reports to identify discrepancies and support accounting operations.
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

This role is specifically for someone who already has extensive Accounting Seed Software experience and can work independently with minimal training. General accounting experience, bookkeeping experience, or Salesforce experience without direct Accounting Seed Software expertise does not meet the requirements.
