The Partner Solutions Engineering team enables and scales partner capabilities across the Americas. As a technical sales professional, you will advise customers and partners, translate business needs into technical requirements, and develop solutions using Cisco and Splunk technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical customer and partner engagements and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop and present cross-architecture solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
- Build strategic customer plans and support opportunity development, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
- Lead demonstrations, demand-generation and enablement initiatives, and virtual sales teams.
- Share customer and market feedback with relevant business and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Canadian French.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pre-sales engineering experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Preferred: customer and partner relationship experience; observability or security pre-sales experience; AI experience; Cisco knowledge; relevant certifications; and thought leadership experience.
Compensation
The posted starting salary range for U.S. and/or Canada locations is $144,900 to $184,300, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Individual pay depends on location and other job-related factors.
