Randstad is recruiting a Senior Specialized IT Consultant for a hybrid, six-month contract in Toronto, with up to three days per week onsite. The assignment may have two optional six-month extensions.
Responsibilities
- Configure IBM Maximo, including organization and site setups, Application Designer, Database Configuration, and Security Groups.
- Design Work Management workflows, data models, preventive maintenance schedules, and job plan structures.
- Lead legacy EAM data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Write and validate integration specifications for Maximo interfaces with SAP, SAP BTP, and TRIRIGA.
- Drive SIT and UAT, investigate defects, and support environment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of hands‑on IBM Maximo configuration experience.
- At least three full-cycle Maximo implementations as a primary Maximo Application Consultant.
- Experience with Work Management, Maximo data structures, EAM data migration, ERP integrations, testing, defect triage, and go‑live activities.
- Public‑sector or municipal experience and familiarity with SAP, SAP BTP, or TRIRIGA are assets.
