Shape advisor growth at iA Private Wealth as a Regional Director focused on recruitment, coaching, and sustainable business practices. This is a hybrid position.
The Regional Director supports advisor recruitment, development, onboarding, and regional business growth. Working closely with the Regional Vice-President, this role helps advisors improve productivity, client acquisition, asset consolidation, and retention. Success requires relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, execution, and comfort with CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Investment Advisors and guide recruitment and transition processes
- Support onboarding, productivity milestones, coaching, and training needs
- Manage advisor relationships and translate objectives into development activities
- Promote acquisition, referrals, planning, marketing, and retention practices
- Encourage CRM, analytics, planning, and digital marketing tool adoption
Requirements:
- Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment and support
- Background in business development, practice management, or sales support
- Strong relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, and execution skills
- Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration
