Regional Director
iA Private Wealth is seeking a Regional Director to support advisor recruitment, development, onboarding, and regional business growth. The role works closely with the Regional Vice-President and supports advisors in building sustainable business practices and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified Investment Advisors and guide candidates through the recruitment and transition process.
- Support new advisors with onboarding, early productivity milestones, coaching, and training needs.
- Manage advisor relationships and help translate business objectives into measurable development activities.
- Promote client acquisition, asset consolidation, referrals, marketing, planning, and client retention practices.
- Encourage adoption of CRM, planning, analytics, digital marketing, and client engagement tools.
- Coordinate regional initiatives and work with product, planning, marketing, training, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
- Share insights on advisor needs, obstacles, and trends with regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, advisor recruitment or support, business development, practice management, sales support, or a related regional function.
- Strong relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, and execution skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and lead and opportunity reporting tools.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily verbal and written collaboration with unilingual English-speaking partners.
Work environment and benefits

Typical hiring range: $80,276–$130,276 per year. The base salary offered may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
