Support payroll operations and core human resources administration for an organization based in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end payroll and ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain employee payroll and HR records, and verify data used for pay, deductions and benefits.
- Coordinate benefits enrolments, changes and terminations, and respond to employee questions.
- Process payments, remittances and payroll documentation, including reconciliation and record keeping.
- Support day-to-day HR administration, employee files and routine policy documentation.
- Use accounting and workforce management platforms to manage payroll inputs and review reports.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support payroll and HR system updates, data validation and operational changes.
