Intact Financial recherche un(e) conseiller(ère) bilingue en ventes et service à la clientèle pour son équipe belairdirect à Montréal.
Le poste est hybride et offre une formation de trois mois.
- Responsabilités
- Évaluer les besoins des clients et les conseiller sur les produits et solutions d'assurance auto et habitation.
- Répondre aux questions sur les produits et accompagner les clients dans leur choix de couverture.
- Promouvoir les produits et services et contribuer à de nouvelles initiatives.
- Au moins un an d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais requis.
- Admissibilité à travailler au Canada et volonté d'obtenir le permis d'assurance requis au Québec, incluant la certification de l'AMF.
- Répondre à l'une des exigences de formation précisées dans l'offre : DEC, BAC ou maîtrise; AEC en assurances de dommages; ou DES/DEP avec trois ans d'expérience à temps plein sur le marché du travail canadien.
- Horaire et rémunération
Formation de trois mois, suivie d'un horaire de soir de 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi de 11 h à 20 h, avec un samedi sur quatre en rotation.
Une prime de soir s'applique. Échelle salariale : 47 100 $ à 57 500 $ par année, avec un boni annuel cible de 5 %.
Le poste est rattaché au bureau de Montréal, au 2020, boulevard Robert-Bourassa. Date d'entrée en poste prévue : 11 janvier 2027.
