Evening Shift
Intact Financial is hiring a bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate for its belairdirect team in Montreal. This is a hybrid, full-time position with a starting date of January 11, 2027.
Compensation
Salary range: $47,100–$57,500 annually, based on a 35-hour workweek. The role also offers a 5% annual bonus target, with potential payout up to double the target, and an evening-shift premium.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers about home and auto insurance products and coverage options.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
- Answer customer questions and help them make informed choices.
- Contribute to new initiatives and support their implementation.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English and French to regularly serve customers in both languages.
- Strong communication, listening, and computer skills; ability to manage multiple systems and tasks.
- Willingness to complete the provincial insurance licensing exam. In Quebec, agents must obtain an AMF licence.
- Meet one of the stated education or work-experience eligibility requirements for the training program.
- Be eligible to work in Canada and willing to work evenings, rotating Saturdays, and occasional statutory holidays.
Schedule and location
Training lasts three months. After training, the schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday in rotation. The position is based at the Montreal office at 2020 Robert-Bourassa.
