Walmart Canada is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Analytics in Mississauga, Ontario. This role leads an analytics team and partners with business leaders to turn data into decisions and measurable improvements in retail performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of analytics, reporting and decision-support products for sales, margin, customer experience and operational performance.
Identify retail use cases for AI-enabled analytics and lead responsible implementation and adoption.
Translate business priorities into analytical questions, requirements and measurable outcomes.
Interpret performance trends, identify root causes and recommend practical actions to stakeholders.
Lead and develop analysts; establish standards for data quality, insight communication and delivery.
Define and monitor retail KPIs, and promote self-service reporting and trusted data assets.
Champion data governance and communicate insights to executive audiences.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field; retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing experience is preferred.
Advanced experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery or Python.
Experience leading AI implementation and adoption that delivers measurable business value.
People leadership experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to connect insights to commercial and operational decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Compensation and location Pay range: $109,400-$150,480 per year, based on relevant experience. Primary location: 1940 Argentia Road, Mississauga, ON L5N 1P9, Canada.
