The Manager, Business Operations e Commerce drives strategy, execution, and growth of omnichannel programs across Walmart Canada's network, with a focus on store capacity governance and operational planning.
Responsibilities
Develop capacity processes, standards, and tools to improve utilization and resource efficiency.
Govern and administer Captimus, including capacity configuration, data validation, issue resolution, and process improvements.
Monitor program performance, report metrics to senior leadership, and address blockers.
Support budgeting, expense management, payment-process compliance, and business cases for capacity solutions.
Collaborate with Store Operations, e Commerce, Market Fulfillment, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Finance teams.
Use data insights and continuous improvement to support customer experience, operational readiness, and omnichannel growth.
Compensation
Pay range: $91,900.00–$126,390.00. Pay is determined based on relevant experience.
