ATB is seeking an Enterprise Architect to create and manage the technology strategy and roadmap for its CRM capabilities. The role works with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate technologies, guide architecture decisions, and align CRM solutions with enterprise strategy.
Accountabilities
Create and manage the CRM architecture and technology strategy.
Guide RFPs, proofs of concept, solution design, and technology acquisition.
Develop application portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and cost models.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operating effectiveness.
Participate in architecture governance and collaborate with architects and technology stakeholders.
Embed governance approaches that support agile methods and assess total cost of ownership.
Align technology development with business capabilities and customer outcomes.
Skills and experience
Experience architecting enterprise CRM and marketing solutions, including customer, offers, product, personalization, and marketing domains.
Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365; SAP CRM knowledge is an asset.
10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital solutions or related roles.
Experience leading or co-leading digital transformation and applying systems architecture methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
Five years of full-stack engineering experience.
A bachelor’s degree in a technology or quantitative discipline, or equivalent.
Senior-level knowledge of finance or a related industry and its business and technology components.
