Loblaw is hiring a senior Salesforce software engineer for a one-year fixed-term role on its Salesforce CRM Platforms Team in Brampton, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, integrations, automations, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and other teams to deliver solutions using agile and CI/CD practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, implement solutions, review code, and mentor junior developers.
- Support Salesforce DevOps, including source control, automated deployments, release management, environment strategy, and troubleshooting.
- Support Salesforce security architecture and governance, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, permissions, data protection, and secure integrations.
- Meet operational team KPIs and follow company governance standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flows, APIs, integrations, and OmniStudio.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated deployments, and tools such as Copado or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools.
- Experience with platform and data security, troubleshooting, agile teamwork, technical discussions, and mentoring.
Compensation
